The South girls defeated the North girls in the first game of the 2008 high school Senior All-Star night at Rancho Bernardo High School. KBCsports.com was there from beginning to end, broadcasting all the festivities live.
The game, which featured a three-point contest at halftime, was a close, up-and-down style affair that set the bar high for the boys. Coaches for both squads made substitutions in teams of five and all players were able to get into the game to showcase their goods. La Jolla Country Day guard Dominique Connors earned KBCsports.com Player of the Game honors for her performance.
